I'm getting ready to swap but by looking in the engine bay, looks like I need to remove the radiator. Does anyone have any insight to this maintenance issue?

I did this and you need to do it from underneath.
Remove the plastic cover. Release belt tension and make sure belt is loose.
Remove the A/C compressor bolts, don't take the hoses off, hoses are rubber so it will swing out of the way.
Alternator can be unbolted from on top and underneath and removed.

No need to remove radiator.
